How to Apply: Download the Miscellaneous Services Form (Click Here To View) and submit along with:

  • http://www.cgicapetown.gov.in/http://www.cgicapetown.gov.in/images/bullet2.gif Self attested copy of visa/work permit/residence permit;

  • http://www.cgicapetown.gov.in/http://www.cgicapetown.gov.in/images/bullet2.gif Proof of Residential address in South Africa. This can be a copy of any one of the following:

  •     http://www.cgicapetown.gov.in/http://www.cgicapetown.gov.in/images/bullet2.gif South African Driving license.

  •     http://www.cgicapetown.gov.in/http://www.cgicapetown.gov.in/images/bullet2.gif Water or landline telephone bill displaying applicant’s address

  •     http://www.cgicapetown.gov.in/http://www.cgicapetown.gov.in/images/bullet2.gif House Lease Agreement

  •     http://www.cgicapetown.gov.in/http://www.cgicapetown.gov.in/images/bullet2.gif State Identification Card

  •     http://www.cgicapetown.gov.in/http://www.cgicapetown.gov.in/images/bullet2.gif Note: Bank/credit card/mobile phone statements are not accepted as residence proof
